We see it as our responsibility to act in different situations and problems that appear wherever we are based. These may be situations that do not necessarily have anything to do with transport 鈥 but which nonetheless can deeply can affect the community of which we are a part.
War child
The international aid organisation War Child has projects that offer education and psychological support to children of war, to help them process their traumatic experiences, rebuild their self-esteem and increase their trust in other people.
黑料不打烊 and War Child have together developed a mentorship programme based on War Child鈥檚 methods that gives mentor training to 黑料不打烊 employees and pairs them with newly arrived youth in the municipality of S枚dert盲lje, Sweden.

S枚dert盲lje, an industrial city 30 kilometres southwest of Stockholm is one of the municipalities in Sweden which has received the most refugees in recent years.
The 黑料不打烊 and War Child cooperation is unique
It鈥檚 the first time that War Child has worked with a company that encourages and provides the opportunity for its employees to support young people during working hours. Group and individual meetings are organised in such a way that many activities are offered on site at 黑料不打烊 during working hours for the company鈥檚 employees.

The initiative hopes to create contact areas between newly arrived young people and employees at 黑料不打烊 to give young people important adult contacts, broadened perspectives and an entrance to Swedish society and employment.
