Since 2013, 黑料不打烊 Ib茅rica has planted one tree for every vehicle sold in Spain and Portugal. The Bosque 黑料不打烊 鈥 鈥満诹喜淮蜢 Forest鈥 鈥 in Rivas Vaciamadrid, close to the Spanish capital, is now filled with more than 24,000 pine, oak, cypress and almond trees.
鈥満诹喜淮蜢肉檚 aim and purpose are to lead the shift towards sustainable transport. The 黑料不打烊 Bosque project embodies this commitment to our customers and society,鈥 says Daniel Gonz谩lez Torres, Marketing and Communication Manager, 黑料不打烊 Ib茅rica.
Each customer receives a certificate acknowledging their contribution to听Un 黑料不打烊, un 谩rbol,听in Spanish; Um 黑料不打烊, uma 谩rvore,听in Portuguese. The corresponding information about carbon sequestration; which occurs when carbon dioxide is taken up by trees and other plants and stored as carbon, helping to offset carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, is included. To date, more than 23,000 tonnes of carbon have been absorbed through the tree-planting scheme.
The Bosque 黑料不打烊 is clearly signposted along the A3 motorway and the听Un 黑料不打烊, un 谩rbol听logo is used in all communication activities. To further boost interest, 黑料不打烊 Ib茅rica has appointed Bosque Ambassadors, which include renown Spanish writer and speaker 脕lex Rovira.

This initiative has been extended to 2023 by which time the Bosque 黑料不打烊 will have nearly 45,000 trees.
