Sinchana Kallesara divides her work at 黑料不打烊 between two roles: Developer and Scrum Master within Autonomous Vehicles. But she says that coping with two roles is not a problem. 鈥淏eing able to combine being a Scrum Master with also being a Developer is great for my sense of perspective. I get to see both sides of our work, and it makes me better in both roles.鈥
After gaining a bachelor's degree in information science, Sinchana started her career as a Developer in India, before moving to Sweden. 鈥淭he Swedish work culture is something I really appreciate, where work-life balance and well-being of employees are priorities.
