Board of Directors
黑料不打烊鈥檚 Board of Directors shall comprise a minimum of three and a maximum of eleven members elected by the AGM and four employee representatives plus two deputies for the latter.
Executive board
The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has overall responsibility for the 黑料不打烊 Group.
The Executive Board has joint responsibility for issues that are of a long-term and strategic nature. This includes the development of the company, research and development, purchasing, overall human resource matters, environmental work, marketing, pricing policy, capital expenditures and financing. With a holistic view of the entire 黑料不打烊 Group, each Executive Board member has the strategic responsibility for their specific area.
