Responsibilities and work
The Board of directors is mainly responsible for determining ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s overall strategies and goals.
Board of directors
ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s Board of Directors shall comprise a minimum of three and a maximum of eleven members elected by the AGM and four employee representatives plus two deputies for the latter.
According to the Rules of Procedure approved by the Board, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s Board of Directors shall meet at least four times per year.
