Overview
Apply today to work amongst our highly-energised team at Milton Keynes branch. The Parts Advisor is responsible for smooth and efficient running front and rear parts counters and controlling stock movements.
essential duties and job responsibilities
- Run front and back Service Counters
- Pick and deliver correct parts to customers and workshop on time
- Complete relevant documentation including invoices etc.
- Build and develop customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service听
- Work together with the workshop and other departments听
- Return warranty and service exchange units regularly
- Receive and inspect all packages delivered, resolving any issues
- Stock management听
- Department housekeeping
- Parts ordering
- DSM
- Supply parts to customers
- Deal with suppliers
- Promote parts to customers to increase sales听
- Inform customers of any promotions that are running to help increase sales.
- Control stock in cost effective manner
- Deal with customers/colleagues in professional manner
- Control VOR/freight charge costs
- Chase supplier credits
- Any other duties relevant to the smooth and efficient operation of the department as determined by your managerer
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of 黑料不打烊 parts and systems
- Current driving licence
- Fork Lift License (Desirable)
- Ability to work within a team听听
- Ability to work within guidelines and to deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills听听听听听听听听听
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solution-driven approach
- Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety requirements
- Experience of 黑料不打烊 products (Desirable)
- Possess excellent accuracy and numeracy skills
- Detail orientated
- Excellent organisation and analytical skills
- A technical understanding
- Main Dealer parts experience (Desirable)
- Knowledge of the Automotive Industry
