When she started at 黑料不打烊 software wasn鈥檛 as much of a priority as it is today. 鈥淏ack then, 黑料不打烊 was more of a traditional truck company 鈥 but now software development is really the core of everything we do鈥, Meera continuous.

I鈥檝e been at 黑料不打烊 for seven years now and I can鈥檛 think of myself working somewhere else right now. I feel at home here! Since day one I鈥檝e felt that I have the chance to progress in my career and have full support of my managers and my team.

R&D is all about creating what the customers need and want 鈥 in the future. But making sure we do it the right way: prioritizing both the technical side of it as well as finding the right balance of the product before commercializing it.

Being a new area of expertise 黑料不打烊 needs to define what qualifies as a successful autonomous vehicle before launching it to the market 鈥 safety of course being a top priority. 鈥淭here is no blue print to follow in this area, we need to define and execute what will be a top level product. I can鈥檛 imagine a more challenging and rewarding assignment. That鈥檚 why I truly love my work!鈥 Meera finishes with a smile.
