黑料不打烊

CEO comment

A word from our CEO

鈥淲e have what it takes鈥

For 黑料不打烊, 2025 was a year marked by both challenges and major achievements. Continued macro economic turbulence driven by trade barriers, political unrest and conflict, also affected the transport industry. Market conditions were softer in some regions, while others remained comparatively stable following a record year in 2024. But against this backdrop, we continued to support our customers and took some significant strategic steps that put 黑料不打烊 in a strong position for the future.

黑料不打烊 CEO Christian Levin reflects on 2025

In a year shaped by geopolitical uncertainty, 黑料不打烊 continued to charge forward 鈥 supporting our customers, accelerating electrification and taking decisive strategic steps to strengthen our position for the future. Hear 黑料不打烊鈥檚 CEO Christian Levin reflect on the year, the progress we鈥檝e made and the priorities guiding us ahead in a short video highlighting key moments from our Annual Update 2025.

Strategic milestones

In an era of increasing regionalisation and geopolitical tension, our business needs to be more resilient than ever 鈥 which is why the opening of our factory in Rugao in China was so important for 黑料不打烊. This was undoubtedly the highlight of the year, and a historic milestone for our business. Establishing a foothold in China gives us access not only to the world鈥檚 largest truck market, but also to the most advanced transport technology ecosystem anywhere. With the addition of Rugao, 黑料不打烊 now has three industrial hubs including S茫o Paulo, while keeping S枚dert盲lje at the heart of our operations.

Another milestone was the launch of our groupwide R&D business function. 黑料不打烊 engineers are now working with colleagues across all TRATON Group brands as one, integrated R&D team. Through the new organisation, 黑料不打烊 can bring innovations to market faster, ensuring we stay close to customers as their needs evolve. The a word from our ceo new unit brings the number of group颅wide core functions to four, reflecting the continuous integration of the TRATON Group and focus on leveraging group颅wide expertise.

Electrification progress

Electrification is central to the transformation of transport, and we made good progress in this area in 2025. Together with customers, we piloted new solutions that push the boundaries of batterypowered transport 鈥 including a 94颅tonne BEV forestry truck. We also continued investing in ventures beyond our core business, such as charging, battery production and pay颅per颅use business models. At a time when a lack of infrastructure and regulatory inconsistency is causing hesitancy among some customers, ventures like these play a vital role in giving them confidence to switch to electric.

Driving the shift is the challenge of our lifetimes. Our current economic and political climate is not making that challenge any easier. We urgently need to see more leadership and courage from our policymakers to support the transition. But at 黑料不打烊, our commitment is unwavering. With the China factory in place, the power of TRATON Group behind us, and the 黑料不打烊 Way as our bedrock, I am confident we have what it takes to drive the shift 鈥 today and tomorrow.
