Accessing the digital services is simple and straightforward. Drivers use the ��ϲ�� Driver App, while fleet managers and transport planners can log in via the My ��ϲ�� platform on desktop or via the ��ϲ�� Fleet App.

“All tools, services and features within the package are easily accessible and of course integrated with the My ��ϲ�� digital ecosystem, which is accessible both on desktop and mobile devices – anywhere, anytime,” says Piira.

“What’s more,” she adds, “all the functionality has been shaped to be clear and intuitive, thanks to extensive feedback from ��ϲ��’s customers.”

So, for hauliers that have already begun electrifying their fleets, which of ��ϲ��’s digital functionality areas should they look into first? Piira and her colleague Dino Menegoni, Product Manager for Charging Services at ��ϲ��, highlight four in particular:��

Full visibility of your fleet: “With all the functionality around locating the trucks, you can always see what’s going on and react both proactively and reactively,” Piira explains.��

Maximised range through energy insights: “The energy consumption features allow drivers or fleet managers to monitor the trucks’ usage and take action to maximise range,” says Piira.��

Real-time safety and performance checks: Piira explains that with service planning and fleet performance tools, you can instantly check the fleet’s status, staying updated in real time on things like tyre pressure and state of charge. “And if something breaks, you’ll know straight away,” she says.��

Smarter, stress-free charging: “Our services also cover everything related to charging; from planning and scheduling to optimising charging sessions, including access to a map of public charging points,” says Menegoni.��

Use case #1: Urban transport

Use case #2: Regional distribution
